Die Stockerauer Au ist ein gutes B\u00e4rlauchrevier und so n\u00fctzte die 1eFit ihren Outdoortag auch dazu, das beliebte Fr\u00fchjahrsgem\u00fcse zu sammeln.<!--more--> Gemeinsam mit den Klassenvorst\u00e4nden Tanja Eisenbock und Sandra M\u00f6dlagl waren sie \u2013 dem wechselhaften Wetter entsprechend ausger\u00fcstet \u2013 von der Informatik Mittelschule in die Au marschiert. Nach einer entsprechenden Einschulung ging es wie gesagt ans Sammeln. Doch damit nicht genug: Da das Geb\u00e4ude der Waldschule auch mit einer K\u00fcche ausgestattet ist, wurde in entsprechender Arbeitsteilung der wilde Knoblauch klein geschnitten und mit Topfen, Sauerrahm, Salz und Pfeffer zu einem wohlschmeckenden Aufstrich verarbeitet. Und nat\u00fcrlich gegessen! Weiters stand der Bau eines Flo\u00dfes auf dem Programm: \u00c4ste wurden gesucht, zusammengebunden und das gro\u00dfe Gef\u00e4hrt anschlie\u00dfend auch mit vereinten Kr\u00e4ften zu Wasser gelassen.
